Diode Test
Background
Diode test checks the forward bias characteristics of a
diode by running a constant forward bias current, approx.
1mA, through the DUT.
1. Activate diode
test
Press the

key once.

3. Connect the
test lead and
measure
Connect the test lead between the

and COM port; Anode-V,
