8 Remove 1 nut which x the compressor and remove it by lifting up.

9 When brazing the replaced compressor braze quickly cooling the pipes on the compressor side with wet cloth to avoid
the ller metal entering into the compressor.

10 Perform in the reverse procedure of removing after replacing
the compressor.
a. Check if the Faston terminal has any abnormality. (En-
sure the pull out force greater than 20 Nm) If the Faston
terminal is identied faulty replace with a new one.
b. Ensure the xture of the lead wires.
c. Attach the crankcase heater to the compressor without
torsion and gap as shown in the gure below.
