6. Disconnect the system fan assembly cable from the system board as shown in the following figure.

7. Remove the fan assembly by pushing in on the four release tabs on the front of the chassis (1),
and then sliding the fan assembly into the chassis until you can lift it out.

Installing the system fan assembly
To install the system fan assembly, reverse the removal steps.
