Front panel I/O device assembly
This section describes how to remove and install a front panel I/O device assembly.
Removing the front panel I/O device assembly
To remove the front panel I/O device assembly:
1. Disconnect power from the computer (see
Predisassembly procedures on page 68 ).
2. Remove the access panel (see
Removing the access panel on page 71).
3. Remove the front bezel (see
Removing the front bezel on page 72).
4. Remove the screws that attach the I/O device assembly to the chassis, as shown in the following
figure (1).
5. Swing the assembly into the chassis to release it from the front panel, as shown in the following
figure (2).
