Step 11 Connect the interconnection terminals on the electrical actuator to the

extinguishant control panel.

Step 12 Switch on the input circuit breaker of the extinguishant control panel and connect

the battery cables to power on the panel.

Dispose of the removed re cylinder that is conrmed faulty.

4.5.10 Replacing the Fire Cylinder in the Lithium Battery

Cabinet

Preparations

Before the replacement, ensure that the load services are not

aected or obtain

written consent from the customer.

Tools: insulated socket wrench, insulation gloves, Phillips screwdriver, key to the

cabinet door, torque wrench, pipe cutter, and pipe holder

Materials:

● Check the

re cylinder and all components for any damage, abrasion, or

corrosion. If there is any visible abrasion or corrosion, replace the damaged

components and all corroded components.

● Check that the valve is closed (vertical to the cylinder).

● Fill the re cylinder with extinguishant. The recommended extinguishant is

heptauoropropane.

Procedure

Step 1 Check that the re cylinder valve is closed (vertical to the cylinder).
