4.2.2.2 Replacing an Electric Heating Belt
Prerequisites
A spare electric heating belt of the same model is available and functional.

Preparations
Tool:
at-head screwdriver
Material: spare electric heating belt
Skill requirement: cooling engineer, common technician
Procedure
Step 1 Disconnect the power cable from the faulty electric heating belt.
Step 2 Remove the electric heating belt.
Step 3 Install the new electric heating belt in the original position.
Step 4 Connect the power cable of the electric heating belt to the reserved
interconnection terminal.

Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed electric heating belt that is
conrmed faulty.
4.2.2.3 Replacing the Air Filter
Prerequisites
● The air lter needs to be replaced.
● A spare air lter of the same model is available and functional.
Context
Each smart cooling product has two air lters, located in the upper and lower
parts. The air
lters need to be maintained from the rear door.
Procedure
Step 1 Open the rear door, rotate the clips on both sides of the upper air lter, and draw
out the upper air lter, as shown in Figure 4-18.
