Context
Software installation and commissioning are required before the device commissioning,
collector commissioning, and NetEco commissioning. Log in to http://support.huawei.com,
search for iManager NetEco 6000 Product Documentation, and commission the software
by referring to relevant sections in NetEco Software Installation and Commissioning
Guide.

