Indicator Meaning
LINK Off means the link is not connected. On means the link is connected.
ACTIVE
Off means no data is being received or transmitted. On means data is being received or
transmitted.
0 - 3 Corresponding port number.
8.8.5 Interface Cable
The cE1/PRI interface cable is a G.703-compliant 75-ohm cable. Its cE1/PRI end is a
DB-15 male connector, and its network end is a BNC connector, as shown in the
following figure. If you need to use a 120-ohm cable, you can use the 75-ohm-to–120
-
o
hm converter. One end of this cable is a BNC connector and the other end is a RJ-45
connector.

If a cable with the impedance being 120-ohm is needed, it can be realized by the 75-
ohm-to-120-ohm cable converter (one end is BNC and the other end is RJ-45
connector) shown as follows.
