Write the running config to flash memory successfully.

5.2 Configuration Basic
5.2.1 Basic Configuration Mode
The command lines for R2600/3600 series are hierarchically protected to prevent
unauthorized users from accessing it. It provides a rich diversity of command modes
and the three most basic modes are:

Normal mode
z Privileged mode
z Global mode

For the details about configuration commands and command line interfaces, refer to VRP User Manual -
Configuration Guide (V1.5).

In general, for a certain mode, only the command defined by this mode can be executed.
