Clamping the work piece in the vice
In the basic version, the work piece is clamped in the vice by rotating the
opening/closing handwheel (in a clockwise/anticlockwise direction), as shown:
" each time the vice is closed make certain that the work piece is solidly
clamped. This can be done manually.
Clamping the work piece in the Automatic Vice (MA version)
If the machine is equipped with the Automatic Vice optional device (MA), the
opening and closing of the vice is performed by means of the manual valve switch
located on the base, which activates the vice pneumatic cylinder device. An
optional pedal unit is available as an alternative to the manual valve.

" close the vice using the manual valve situated on the base and make certain
that the piece is tightly blocked. This can be done manually.
