Start Procedure Timers
All time is in seconds. Refer to page 179 for information about the start procedure.
Ramp Time This is the time that the system takes to increase the high-pressure water pressure
from0 to the target water pressure.
Increase the value to slow the process.
The timer default is between3 seconds and8seconds, based on the pump
model.
Intensifier The system goes to the next stage when the time between intensifier strokes is
longer than this value.
The timer default is1.5 seconds.
Inlet Water Stage 1
After the system gets to the target water pressure, the Inlet Water timer starts.
The timer default is5 seconds.
Bleed Valve Stage 2
The intensifier strokes and has this much time to push air that is in the system out
through the open bleed-down valve.
The timer default is5 seconds.
Hydraulics Stage 3
After the bleed-down valve closes, the system has this much time to get to the
minimum hydraulic pressure.
The timer default is5 seconds.
The hydraulic pressure setpoint default is17bar(250psi).
Refer to Hydraulic fluid on page 136 in the Specifications section.
Pierce Stage 4
The system has this much time to get to the pierce-pressure setpoint.
The timer default is5 seconds.
Refer to the Water table for your pump model in the Specifications section.
Cut Stage 5
If the pump is in cut-pressure mode, the system has this much time to get to the
cut-pressure setpoint.
The timer default is5 seconds.
Refer to the Water table for your pump model in the Specifications section.
