(4) Turn on the controller power.
(5) Start the PC software on a PC connected to the controller. From the C
ontroller menu, select Absolute
Reset.
(6) When the Warning dialog box appears, click OK.
(7) The Absolute Reset dialog box appears.
(11) In the PC software window, click the C
ontroller menu and then select Software Reset to restart the
controller.
(Note) If you continue to operate the controller without resetting the software or reconnecting the power,
the following errors may generate:
Error No. C70, ABS coordinate non-confirmation error
Error No. C6F, Home-return incomplete error
This completes the procedure to reset a battery voltage low alarm/error.
Warning
(8) Set the address number corresponding to
the axis whose battery has just been
replaced.
Note) Do not click Encoder Rotation Data
Reset 1.
(9) Click Encoder Error Reset.
(10) Close the dialog box.
