7.2 Connecting the Actuator
7.2.1 Connecting the Motor Cable (MOT1, 2)
Connect the motor cable from the actuator to the applicable
motor connector on the front face of the controller.
Use a screwdriver to securely tighten the screws at the top
and bottom of the connector.
7.2.2 Connecting the Encoder Cable (PG1, PG2)
Connect the encoder cable from the actuator to the
applicable encoder connector on the front face of the
controller.
Caution: With the absolute specification,
disconnect the absolute-data backup
battery connector before connecting
the encoder cable. Connect the
absolute-data backup battery
connector after turning on the main
power.
