a. Port 2 9 of the upper canister, expansion enclosure 1, attaches to Port 1
10 of the upper canister, expansion enclosure 3.
b. Port 2 11 of the lower canister, expansion enclosure 1, attaches to Port 1
12 of the lower canister, expansion enclosure 3.
5. Attach SAS cables for additional expansion enclosures. You can add up to nine
expansion enclosures. You add a fourth expansion enclosure at 13 and 14
on expansion enclosure 2.
a. Add the enclosures alternately to chain 1, and then chain 2.
b. Use port 2 on the canisters that are already connected to attach to port 1 on
the canisters of the enclosures that you want to add.
6. Verify your cabling.
