E3001 ‘Perform Motor Calibration’ - Motors have not been
calibrated. Calibrate via CLARiTY Config

E3006 ‘Calibration Failed’ - Ensure that the correct ribbon is
being used and the ribbon core is not slipping on man-
drel bodies.

Remove the cassette and check for any obstruction

E3008 ‘Optical Calibration Dirty’ - Remove the cassette and
clean the optical sensors on the printhead carriage
and the printer body.

thermistor or the thermistor is disconnected.

E3017 ‘Check the Set Up’ - Substrate speed and the encoder
speed do not match. Ribbon speed is not matched to
substrate speed.

strate and has been pulled from the cassette.
