5. Assembly of the motor housing dam.

6. Connect the adapter from the test case
(005 45 300) to the rear 2 distributor.
1. As a first test step, add nitrogen to the
system via the nitrogen filling valve or via
the camera dummy.
2. Check compressed air connections for
leaks.
Apply pressure to the lifting bladder and
then to the air motor via the PU hoses of
the test case.
Test pressure 6 bar
3. Test electrical connections or functions.
Test the camera image and the function
of the LEDs via the test case.
Test the function of the rotary drive.
Caution
Test duration at least one hour during which
the test pressure of max. 1.5 bar must be
maintained.
Caution
For the compressed air test, remove the
pressure gauge of the nitrogen test adapter
from the connecting hose and hold the hose in
the water. No bubbles should appear.
