13. Replacing the DN 8 axial hose
Remove the axial movement mechanism according
to the instructions
"Removing the axial movement mechanism"
1. Clamp the "front distributor" in a vice.
2. Slide the spring tensioner for axial spring over the
spring from behind until the "rear distributor" is
visible.
3. Then secure the axial spring behind the distributor
using the two spring split pins.
4. Now push the spring tensioner up to the "front
distributor" and secure this end with 2 split pins as
well.
5. Now the axial spring is secured so that you can work
on both the distributors.
Caution
Before clamping the housing parts,
mount protective jaws on the vice.
