MICRO S automatic Cutter motor
1. Connect the adapter from the test case
(005 45 300) to the rear 2 distributor.
2. Pressurise the nitrogen system via the
nitrogen filling valve
approx. 1.5 bar
3. Connect the PU hoses of the test adapter
to the compressed air control unit with
pressure gauge one after the other.
• Milling air 6 bar
• Stroke air 6 bar
• Radial air 2.5 bar
4. Spray all quick-release couplings for
lifting and radial air with "ECO Leak
Finder".
When testing the milling air, check the
grommets of the axial hose for tightness.
Caution
If errors occur during the interim test, follow the instructions
"Final inspection/testing of all functions"
with the corresponding table
"Problems, possible causes, test methods and remedies"
Caution
Test duration of at least one hour during which
the test pressure of 1.5 bar must be
maintained.
