12. Compress axial hose
Materials required with the article numbers
1. Axial hose DN8 (030 02 119)
2. Threaded grommet SW10 (045 01 004)
3. Press sleeve DN8 (030 02 120)
1. Before processing the individual parts,
deburr them particularly carefully.
2. Check these areas in particular and, if
necessary, sand over them again with
240 grit sandpaper.
3. Cut the axial hose to 310 mm with a
cutter knife.
1. Clamp the threaded grommet in a vice
and coat with
"Lubricant for plug-in systems"
2. Put the press sleeve on the axial hose.
Caution
Shorten the axial hose on both sides to
create smooth interfaces.

For better joining of the parts, coat the
axial hose and the press sleeve with
lubricant on the inside.
