10. Removing the axial movement mechanism
1. Carefully cut open both the crimp
ferrules using Dremel
• First cut transversely to separate the
edge of the crimp ferrule
• Then cut longitudinally to separate the crimp
ferrule completely
2. Break open the crimp ferrules using a
screwdriver
3. and bend them up
