5. Mounting the lifting air bag
1. Cut the new lifting air bag to 98mm.
2. Remove grease from the inner and outer
crimping surfaces; when using the old lifting
air bag, check for warping and turn it by
180° if required.
3. Position the crimp ring (4 mm gap between
the crimp ring stop and the lifting air bag).
4. Mark the position of the lifting air bag.
5. Spray "White Lithium Grease" in the space
between before mounting the lifting air bag
1. Carefully raise the lifting air bag (045 01
112) and align it with the marking.
Caution
Before reassembling the lifting air bag
check all the moving parts for wear and check if they are seated properly.
Check the camera cable and the cutter air hose visually for any kinks or pinch points.
Caution
Do not damage the spring contacts of the
camera PCB when raising the lifting air bag.
Caution
Do not spray grease on the crimping
surfaces or camera PCB.
