2. Crimp the rear crimping ferrule (045 01 033
short)
(51.7 mm crimping dimension; 50 mm
crimping jaws).
1. Mount 2 hinge bolt clamps (005 30 010) for
pre-stretching the stroke.
Align the locks of both hinge bolt clamps as
shown in the figure and turn them firmly.
2. Slide the crimp ferrule (030 01 010 long)
onto the lifting air bag.
3. Fix the mounting ring (005 30 022) to the air
motor housing.
4. Align the air motor housing straight.
Caution
Carefully apply release agent under the
hinge bolt clamps.
Caution
Crimp the crimp ferrule in 3 steps! After each
crimping operation, turn it bit by bit!

Caution
Hinge bolt clamps should be next to each
other after being turned firmly. They should
not slide over one other.
