5. Push the crimp ferrule back as fas as it goes
on the mounting ring.
1. Clamp the lifting air bag slightly in the
hydraulic press.
2. Insert a mandrel into the air motor housing
on the opposite side.
3. When crimping the crimp ferrule, press
lightly against it with the mandrel.
4. Tilt the cutter motor slightly downwards.
5. Crimp the lifting air bag.
6. The crimping has to be done identical to the
first crimping ferrule
(crimping dimension 51.7 mm/50 mm crimping
jaws).
1. Remove the mounting ring (005 30 022)
from the air motor housing.
2. Remove the hinge bolt clamps (005 30 010)
from the lifting air bag.
Caution
When pushing against it with the mandrel, do
not damage the pin ø 2.5x10 in the air motor
housing!

2 persons are required to crimp the lifting air
