MICRO S automatic Cutter motor
1. Loosen the 4 quick release couplings and remove the
PU hoses.
These hoses should be replaced by new ones in any
case.
2. Unscrew the lower parts of the quick release
couplings from the distributors to make it easy to
remove the axial hose.
3. Unscrew the axial hose from both distributors and
remove it from the axial spring.
Mount the pre-assembled axial hose.
For axial hose assembly, see instructions on "Axial hose crimping"
1. Tap the internal thread G 1/8" on both the
distributors. Remove adhesive residues, blow with
compressed air and remove grease using white spirit.
2. If the removed axial hose needs to be reused, the
threaded sleeves should also be re-tapped and
cleaned.
3. Then apply activation fluid Loctite 7649 to the
cleaned thread and some Loctite 574 "orange" over it.
Caution
"Rear distributor" and "Front distributor" are now only
connected with the motor and camera cable.
