To cancel DND:
Press the DND flexible button again (DND button LED
extinguishes), or dial [631] on the 8-button keyset. A
confirmation tone sounds.
One-Time Do Not Disturb
Allows you to prevent calls from ringing at your station while
you are on a call. The One-Time DND condition automatically
cancels when you end your call.
To use One-Time Do Not Disturb:
Press the DND flexible button (if pre-programmed) while
you are off-hook and connected to a CO line or intercom
call. The DND bu tton LED lights and off-hook tones at
your station are ca nceled.
To cancel One-Time Do Not Disturb:
Go on-hook or press ON/OFF button. The DND button
LED extinguishes and DND is canceled.
Executive Override
Executive override allows stations designated as “Executive”
the ability to ov erride and “barge in” on other keysets engaged
in CO Line co nversations. A change in volume may occur o n the
CO Line or intercom call after the barge-in occurs.
Use of this feature when the executive override warning tone
i s disabl ed may be a viol atio n of Federal, Sta te or Local La ws,
and an invasion of privacy. Check applicable laws in your
a rea b efore using t his featu re.
