While on an external call:
1. Pres s the pre-programmed VM RECORD flexible button.
The LED flutters red at 240 ipm during the setup and the
LCD displays as shown:
2. Once the system has connected to the station, your
mailb ox , the flexible button LED lights solid green a nd
the LCD displays as shown :
When the caller is fin ished recording, press the
pre-programmed VM RECORD flexible button. The LED
extinguishes and the display returns to the normal LCD call
inf orma tion.
Outside Calls
Answering a Recall
When an outside line has remained on hold for an extended
period of time, you are remin ded with a recalling ring. (If
Preferred Line Answer is enabled, skip next step.)
1. Press button for an OUTSIDE LINE, LOOP, or POOL button
(flashes at a very fast rate).
2. Lift the handset or press ON/OFF to converse with party.
