LCR Queuing (Automatic)
1. Dial [9].
2. Dial th e d esired 7-dig it teleph one number (e.g., 1 + area
code + number).
3. Wait f or answer.
Mailbox Buttons
To program a station’s mailbox on a flexib le button:
1. Press the desired flexible button to be programmed.
2. Dial [644] followed by the three-digit VM Index number
(001–255). A confirmation to ne sounds. If an error is made
during entry, an error tone sounds.
To use a mailbox button:
The called station presses the MAILBOX flexible button
and goes on-hook. The internal or external call is then
trans ferred to the VM p ort b y the telephone s ystem.
Meet Me Page
To request another p arty meet you on a p age:
1. Dial th e desired two or three-digit paging cod e or p ress
the pre-programmed MEET ME flexib le button.
2. Request that party meet you on the page.
3. Do not hang up; wait for the requested party to answer.
If all lines available to you are busy, remain off-hook
for four (4) seconds to automatically be queued onto
LCR for an available line.
The VMID number must be pre-programmed in the
database (FLASH 68).
