2.2.2 Handpiece Components
The CUSA® Clarity handpiece is a hand-held surgical device. It houses a transducer that vibrates at an ultrasonic frequency, transferring the vibrations to
a hollow titanium tip. When applied to patient tissue, the vibrating tip provides the desired surgical effect – the fragmentation and removal of specific

Cartridge and Tubing Set.
