• Footswitch
• Contamination Guard
When ordering replacement parts for equipment, include the following information:
• Model number (located on the CUSA Clarity console rear panel)
• Serial number (located on the CUSA Clarity console rear panel)
7.6 Periodic Maintenance Schedule
The CUSA Clarity system is designed to meet the requirements specified in IEC 62353, Edition 2.0 2014-9. Record all periodic maintenance activities on
the data sheet supplied with this manual.
