Condition Recommendation
Fan Failure Contact Integra Service
Low baery System is useable, but notify Integra Service
No Fragmentation No fragmentation may occur while using CUSA Clarity in conjunction with a
monopolar eletrosurgery system. If you experience no fragmentation, take the
followings steps:
• Go into Stand-by
• Press Start Prime
• Press Stop Prime
• Press Start Test
• Press Main Screen
