Flue
The single-use flue is a translucent silicone tube tapered at one end that provides a sleeve over the tip. Irrigation fluid flows through an irrigation
connection tube at one end of the flue and down the tip to the surgical site.
The single-use flue is sterile in a single use tip pack and nonsterile in an EUT pack.
Each tip size requires a tip-specific flue; therefore, you will find the tip-specific flue packaged with the appropriate tip.
