Zero Channel RAID
The SE7501HG2 server board supports two Zero Channel RAID cards: the Intel
®
SRCZCR RAID
Adapter and the Adaptec* ASR-2010S RAID adapter. This support is provided via hardware and
BIOS support only on PCI-X Slot 2. If either of these RAID cards is installed, then the SCSI
interrupts are routed to the RAID adapter instead of to the PCI interrupt controller.
Segment A: 32-bit/33 MHz PCI Subsystem
The 32-bit / 33 MHz PCI segment includes the following embedded devices and connectors:
• Three 5 V keyed full-length, full height PCI expansion slots (PCI Slots 4, 5 and 6)
• Integrated ATI Rage XL video controller with 8 MB of on-board SDRAM
32-bit/33 MHz PCI features include:
• Bus speed up to 33 MHz
• 5 V signaling environment
• Burst transfers up to a peak of 132 MB/s
• 8-, 16-, or 32-bit data transfers
• Plug-and-Play ready
• Parity enabled
Video
The system has an integrated ATI Rage XL 32-bit high-performance SVGA subsystem that
supports the following:
• BIOS compatibility with all standard VGA modes
• 8 MB of video memory
• Pixel resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 pixels per inch (ppi) in 8/16/24/32 bpp modes under 2D
and up to 1024 x 768 ppi in 8/16/24/32 bpp modes under 3D
• Both CRT and LCD monitors up to 100 Hz vertical refresh rate
