4.16.7 Initializing the GPS
· GPS initialization can be performed.
· The submenus on the GPS initialization screen are as described below.
(1) LATITUDE: Enter the approximate ship latitude.
(2) LONGITUDE: Enter the approximate ship longitude.
(3) ANT HEIGHT: Enter the height above the draft line of the sensor. This height is used in
2D positioning. It is not used in 3D positioning.
(4) DATE: Enter the current date in UTC.
(5) TIME: Enter the current time in UTC.
· Please refer to "4.20 Equipment Configuration" and switch the unit to equipment configuration
mode.

2. Select the item you wish to set with the numeric keypad, enter each value using the numeric
keypad, and press
