Furthermore, the operator is responsible for ensuring that the
equipment is always in perfect condition.
  Thefollowingthereforeapplies:
 The operator must ensure that the maintenance intervals
described in this manual are adhered to.
Hygiene requirements Theoperatormustcomplywiththespecicationsinlinewith
the pertinent legal standards and guidelines relating to hygi-
ene applicable at the installation site. This includes ensuring
that
 fresh and waste water are hygienically separated
 the pertinent maintenance and test intervals are complied
with,
 the requirements for air ducts and diffusers are complied with,
 thepredenedltergradesarecompliedwith.
2.4 Instruction

2.5 Personnel Requirements
2.5.1 Qualications
The various tasks described in these instructions place different
demandsonthequalicationsofpersonnelentrustedwith
these tasks.
Only permit personnel to carry out work if they can be
expected to carry out this work reliably. People with impaired
reactions, possibly due to drugs, alcohol or medication, are not
permitted to carry out work.
Theseinstructionsoutlinebelowtherequisitequalications
personnelneedtoperformthevarioustasks:
Qualiedelectrician
Qualiedelectriciansarepersonnel,who,onaccountoftheir
professional training, knowledge and experience, as well as
knowledge of the pertinent standards and regulations, are
capable of properly carrying out work on electrical installations
and of independently recognising and avoiding possible
dangers.
Qualiedelectricianshavebeentrainedforthespecic
environment in which they work and understand the pertinent
standards and regulations.
