Fortheoptimaltransferofheatfromtherearwallofthedevice(cooling
plate)tothecoolerprovidedathermallyconductivefilmisalreadybondedto
thecoolingplateonthedevice(seefollowingfigure).Thefilmislaminated
withaluminiumtowardthecooler.Thedevicecanbemountedandalsore
movedwiththefilm.
