Using SCPI commands
This sequence of SCPI commands executes a 4-wire resistance scan.
You may need to make changes so that this code will run in your programming environment.
Send the following commands for this example application:
Commands Descriptions
*RST
Reset the DAQ6510
ROUT:SCAN:COUN:SCAN scanCnt
Set the number of times the scan is repeated
FUNC 'FRES',(@101:106)
Set function to 4-wire measurement
FRES:OCOM ON, (@101:106)
Set offset compensation to "on"
FRES:RANG 100, (@101,102)
Set the fixed range at 100
FRES:RANG 10, (@103,104)
Set the fixed range at 10 Ω
FRES:RANG 1, (@105,106)
Set the fixed range at 1
ROUT:SCAN:CRE (@101:106)
Set the scan list
TRAC:CLE
Clear the reading buffer
INIT
Initiate the scan
*WAI
Wait for scan completion
