Command Description
:FORMat:ELEMents:CALCulate STATus Bit 18 (262144) of the status word returned by READ?,
FETCh?, MEASure?, MEASure:VOLTage?, MEA-
Sure:CURRent?, MEASure:RESistance?, TRACe:DATA?,
CALCulatel :DATA?, or :CALCulate2:DATA? signifies the
status of contact check (1 = open lead, 0 = OK). Also, bit 8 set
if LIMit4 is enabled.
:SYSTem:RSENse ON Enable 4-wire remote sense for contact check.
:SYSTem:RSENse? Query sense selection.
:SYSTem:CCHeck ON | OFF Enable/disable contact checking.
:SYSTem:CCHeck? Query state of contact check test.
:SYSTem:CCHEck:RESistance <NRf> Select threshold resistance (0 to 60):
<NRf> = 0 to 2 Selects 2Ω threshold resistance
= >2 to 15 Selects 15Ω threshold resistance
= >15 to 60 Selects 50Ω threshold resistance
:SYSTem:CCHeck:RESistance? Query threshold resistance.
:TRIGger:SEQuence2:SOURce <name> Enable or disable contact check event detection; <name> =
CCHeck (enable) or IMMediate (disable).
:TRIGger:SEQuence2:SOURce? Query state of event detection.
:TRIGger:SEQuence2:TOUT <NRf> Specify contact check timeout in seconds (0.00000 to
999.99990).
:TRIGger:SEQuence2:TOUT? Query contact check timeout setting.
