KMS
2. The following table describes the functions for each menu in the SETUP menu.
SETUP MENU
ITEM DESCRIPTION
MACHINE NUMBER SETUP Checks and changes the machine serial number and the asset number.
LOCALE SETUP Checks and changes date and time of the machine internal clock.
CREDIT SETUP Checks and changes the credit options.
CASH DEVICE SETUP Checks and changes the options for Bill validator, Printer, Coin acceptor and Hopper.
SECURITY SETUP Checks and changes the options for the electromechanical meters and door switches.
COMMUNICATIONS SETUP Checks and changes the options for machine communications.
SOUND SETUP Checks and changes the options for the sound.
GAME COMMON SETUP Checks and changes the options common to the game, such as a credit intervention and auto rebate.
PAYTABLE SETUP Checks and changes the options for the paytable.
DENOMINATION SETUP Checks and changes the options for the paytable.
NOTE: Setup options can ONLY be changed when there
are no credits on the machine. All of the input/output
devices can be turned off separately from one another to
keep a machine in operation when that item fails and a
replacement part is not available.
NOTE: To access the setup part of the KMS, an open
door condition is required. Turn the main door lock 90°
enable the setup button.
Some of the options in the SETUP menu can be
only accessed during RAM Clear procedure. To run the
RAM Clear procedure see beginning of Section 2
