Connect a MIDI cable from Aux Out to Main In, then press >. The
test will run for two seconds. If it passes, the screen will change to
this:
ADD CABLE: MAIN
THRU TO AUX IN
Leave the Þrst cable in place. Connect a second cable from Main
Thru to Aux In, and press >. The test will run for two seconds. If
it passes, the bottom line will change to ÒPASSED. OK.Ó Press
OK (>) to return to the CPU Diagnostics display.
If any of the MIDI tests fails, the bottom display line changes to:
ÒFAILED!! OK.Ó You can press < to repeat the test, or press OK
(>) to stop the test and return to the CPU Diagnostics Select
screen. You can then press Exit to return to the Main Diagnostic
Display screen, or press RUN (>) to start the MIDI test again.
