Electric Start Models:
Reconnect electronic cup assembly to
engine wiring harness.
Reconnect handle wiring harness to en-
gine wiring harness.
Assemble solenoid to battery bracket.
Reconnect battery connector.
Install rear access door.
TESTING
Fill fuel tank with 64:l fuel/oil mix ratio. (One
4oz. can Lawn-Boy 2-CYCLE ASHLESS
OIL
to 2 gallons gasoline).
NOTE:
Recommend
all
rebuilds and
short
blocks use one tank
of
64:l
pre-mix until oil
pump is purged
of
air.
Oil Injection Models: Fill oil reservoir to full
OIL.
level with Lawn-Boy 2-CYCLE ASHLESS

Install grass catcher assembly. Make sure

bag frame is fully seated at chute interlock
switch.

for spark.

not; recheck cable adjust-
ment and make sure wires are correctly at-
tached to brake switch terminals.
Self-Propelled Models: Engage self-pro-
pelled bail and check operation in all three
speed ranges. Refer to Section 9 for cable ad-
justment procedures.
Final Checks
Overall mower appearance.
All
mounting hardware for correct
torque.
All wire connectors are securely fas-
tened. Tie straps installed where re-
quired.
That wire harness does not interfere with
transmission pulley belt.
Fuel/oii lines and connections for leaks.
