Open valve.
Install grass catcher fully into chute interlock switch.
Adjust flywheel brake cable.

Fill
oil reservoir with Lawn-Boy
2
CYCLE
ASHLESS
OIL
Clean
fuel
screen
and
line.
If
necessary,
remove and dean
carburetor.
Adjust
throttle
cable
and/or
choke
linkage.
Move throttle
to
run or choke position (BBC
Models).
Clean carburetor.
Open vent
in
fuel
tank
cap
or
replace cap.
Clean pre-filter. Replace
air
filter.
Drain
tank.
Clean carburetor
and
fuel
lines.
Dry
spark
plug
electrodes. Fill tank with dean, fresh
fuel.
(with
correct
fuel/
oil
ratio where applicable).
Close
fuel
shutoff place engine speed control in fast
and
pull
starter
until
engine starts. Reopen
fuel
shutoff
for
normal
fuel
flow
immediately after engine starts.
Clean
and
regap
spark
plug electrode. Replace
spark
plug.
Clean exhaust
port
and/or
muffler.
Recharge battery. Check charging system.
Replace
seals
and/or gaskets.
Overhaul
engine.
Check
flywheel
key
and
keyway; replace
parts
if
necessary
Tighten
flywheel
nut
to
proper
toque.
