OPERATION
The flywheel brake is connected by cable.to the
blade control bail. Releasing the bail moves the
brake against the flywheel and stops it from
turning; and also activates the circuit switch,
grounding the ignition system. Engagin'g the
bail moves the brake away from the flywheel
and opens the ignition circuit, allowing the
engine to run.
