retaining the wrist pin.
NOTE:
Use care not to over stretch snap ring
causing
a
loose fit.

Using Lawn-Boy Wrist Pin Remover, Part
No.
684233, press the wrist pin out
of
the piston.
NOTE:
To
prevent damage to piston
skirt
or
connecting rod, do not
apply
heavy side loads to
connecting
rod
or drive wrist pin out using
a
hammer and punch.
Clean all parts
thoroughly
In solvent and
dry
with
compressed air.
Remove sealant from crankcase halves
with Gel Seal and Gasket Remover, Part
No.
390928.
