Troubleshooting
SYMPTOM CAUSE REMEDY
Tracks not running smooth Tracks too loose Tighten track pad bolts
Too low engine rpm to hold
track tension
Rev engine to 1400 RPM and throttle back to one-
half
Track rollers worn Replace
Track tension pressure Check pressure
NOTE: Pressure should be set to 1200 PSI
Machine will not pull on one
or both sides
Faulty hydraulic motor Replace
Pump pressure too low Pump pressure should be 3000 PSI
Faulty torque hub Rebuild or replace
Engine runs but no
hydraulics
Pump drive coupling faulty Replace
Defective pump Replace
Auger hanging up or will not
