Side Shift Side Shift
See Page 4-13 for detailed information about this
option. If you did not order your broom with the side-
shift option, a kit is available. See your authorized dealer
for installation.
Dust Suppression SystemDust Suppression System
In certain conditions, it may be necessary to sweep
using the Dust Suppression System to control dust. The
LB Performance CB95 is equipped with a 150-gallon
water tank along with corrosion-resistant nozzles
along the spray bar that spray water as the broom
sweeps. (Figure 4-24) The spray bar runs the length
of the broom. Be sure to inspect and clean the water
nozzles after each use to ensure the spray pattern is not
adversely affected.

To operate the Dust Suppression system:
1. Fill up the water tank.
2. Turn on the Water System switch located on the
control panel.
3. Follow the sweeping procedures and guidelines
contained in this section.
4. Be sure to inspect and clean the water nozzles
after each use to ensure the spray pattern is not
adversely affected.
Cab Audio and BluetoothCab Audio and Bluetooth
Equip your broom with AM/FM radio, CD player and
Bluetooth audio system for operator enjoyment on the
job.
Forward/Reverse Brush RotationForward/Reverse Brush Rotation
Adding the ability for reverse brush rotation provides
more exibility for optimal cleaning.
Spare Tire and MountSpare Tire and Mount
An optional spare tire with mount is also available. See
your authorized dealer for purchase and installation.
Curb BrushCurb Brush
An optional curb brush attachment hydraulically adjusts
for sweeping next to retaining walls, buildings, guardrails
and curbs. It conveniently raises to a vertical position
when not in use. (Figure 4-25) The curb brush features
a 27-inch diameter heat-treated, steel brush with
hydraulic motor drive.
1. Raise the brush to its full upright position and lock
into place.
2. Turn off the engine and set the park brake.
NOTE: Be careful handling the curb brush as the
bristles are sharp and could cause minor
injury.
