Cab Air Quality KitCab Air Quality Kit
The Cab Air Quality Kit option offers the
best line of defense for protecting your
operators from exposure to harmful dust
and toxins while sweeping. The RESPA®-
CF2 delivers a powerful pre-cleaner, lter
and pressurizer in a compact, custom unit
that sustains positive pressurization and
clean air in the cab.
You will save maintenance costs with
longer intervals for lter changes and less wear
on the HVAC system. The self-cleaning air lter
extends lter life up to 1,000 hours. Its air vortex
HYPERFLOW® system continuously ejects
particulate without collecting in lter housing.
Healthy, efcient and economical, the Cab Air Quality
Kit can be easily installed on your broom. The system is
recommended by the National Institute of Occupational
Safety and Health. Contact your authorized dealer for
purchase and retrot.
The cab unit operates when the power is switched on,
and features a display window that indicates realtime
cab pressure. (Figure 4-29) An LED alarm illuminates
if the pressure drops below the preset minimimum
(factory set at 20 Pa, or .08 inches H2O) for more than
10 seconds. If the operator opens the window or door
for more than 10 seconds, the low pressure alarm will
sound and you must push the button to silence it. The
light remains illuminated until cab pressure is restored.
