eachhot-swapredundantpowersupplymodule,theremightbeoneortwostatusLEDsonthepower
supplymodulenearthepowercordconnector.WhenthegreenLEDislit,itindicatesthatthehot-swap
redundantpowersupplymoduleisworkingproperly.WhentheredLEDislit,itindicatesthatthehot-swap
redundantpowersupplymodulehasfailed.
Thehot-swapredundantpowersupplymoduleshelpyouavoidsignicantinterruptiontotheoperationof
thesystemwhenapowersupplymodulefailsandyoucanreplaceahot-swapredundantpowersupply
modulewithoutturningofftheserver.
Note:TomaintaintheEMIintegrityandcoolingoftheserver,installanewhot-swapredundantpower
supplymoduleassoonasyouremovethefailingoneorcovertheotherbaywithashieldifyoujustuse
onemoduletoprovidepower.
