Installation steps
How to mount the regenerative power supply module EMB9341−C and EMB9342−C:
1. Drill holes into the collective cooler for screwing the regenerative power supply
module:
– The condition of the collective cooler and the mounting material must provide for
the mechanical connection to be long−lasting.
– Observe dimensions and distances of the drill holes .
– Allow a free space of 100 mm at the top and at the bottom.
– Vertical mounting position with mains connection on the top.
2. Fixing brackets and screws are included in the accessory kit in the cardboard.
3. Screw two fixing brackets with three screws each to the heatsink of the regenerative
power supply module.
– Use sheet metal screws 3.5 x 13 mm.
4. Clean and degrease contact surfaces (e. g. with spirit)
5. Apply a thin layer of the heat conducting paste which is included in the accessory kit
with a wide spattle on the heatsink of the regenerative power supply module.
6. Screw the regenerative power supply module and the collective cooler together.
– Provide for long−lasting mechanical connections.
