(3) Checking and repairing Air-gun system
① Checking leakage of the connection

z Check the air leakage, so loud leaking noise can
be heard, and replace the damaged part(s) with
a new one.

② Checking Air-compressor belt
z Check if the belt tension is proper, and if
necessary, adjust the belt tension with adjust
bolt.
z Tension : Approx. 10 mm (0.4 in.)
(when pressed by 98N (22 lb))
z Check the damaged part of the belt, and if
necessary, after checking the pulley alignment,
replace it with a new one.

③ Draining Air-tank (if necessary)
z In extremely humid conditions, the air tank
should be manually drained on a daily basis.
z To drain the air-tank, grasp the ring on the drain
valve and move laterally. This will allow any
accumulated water to be exhausted from the air-
tank.
