Segment A: Sideslip angle and Netto difference.
In a nutshell: The agreement between TEK and EKF vario during stationary circling of the
glider is particularly good. This changes completely when we analyse segment B and C.
Picture below shows two segments B and C of the same flight of the ASG 32. They are taken
during left circling with a roll angle for about 45 degrees. In segment B the sideslip angle has
been intentionally increased by the pilot to a large value of -12 degrees.
